Peace Plane?

Apparently it will not be the “Peace Train” taking Cat Stevens home again this time. He has been barred from entering the US, taken into custody at Bangor International Airport, and will be sent back to London immediately.
How can the USA ever possibly “capture the hearts” of Muslims when it treats Muslim Peace Activists like Terrorists?

For many years Cat Steven was one of my FAVORITE singers. I know everything he wrote by heart and play a lot of the songs on my guitar.
However, in the 90’s, when Salman Rushdie wrote his book “The Satanic Verses”, which was banned throughout much of the Muslim world, Cat Stevens was one of those Muslims who openly supported the decree to have Rushdie assassinated if Rushdie could be found. Rushdie had to live in hiding for many years.
I think that is why Cat Stevens was banned from entering the States, and not because he is Muslim.
